SHADOWBOX "SIGNATURE" CLASS
Our signature 45 min group class combines body weight exercises (variations of plyometric/metabolic work), shadowboxing (no contact) and heavy bag work with intense training intervals led by professional instructors. All movements are paired with high-energy music that inspires and motivates; always without fighting or physical contact. A dimly-lit studio environment promotes focus within one's own personal space. Experience improvement in muscle tone (without bulking), lower stress level, enhanced cardiovascular endurance, improved coordination and self-confidence, core strength, bone and ligament strength, lower body fat percentage + so much more! Shadowbox classes are offered daily.




SHADOWBOX TKO CLASS
The 'Total Knock-Out' class is 60 minutes, which means more rounds on the heavy bag in order to deeper into the craft.

SHADOWBOX AFTER DARK CLASS
After Dark is 60 minutes and includes more exhausting intervals, in-depth combinations, grueling bag work, louder music, and of course more sweat!

SHADOWBOX BASICS CLASS
This 45 minute class is specially suited for novices however all levels can benefit from the greater attention to technique and form. 101 classes will help tighten up combos and create solid habits.

UNDERCARD SERIES
Help us welcome new instructor candidates as they hone their skills in the studio. Classes do not require credits to book, but bags can still be selected like any other class.

PRIVATE RING TRAINING
1-on-1 focused boxing training: mitt work, footwork, and body weight movements such as jumping rope. 100% non contact. Exclusive use of our signature vintage ring.
