A great way to enhance the group class experience by working 1-on-1 with an instructor. This 60 minute session builds endurance and strength while focusing on boxing fundamentals. A  cardio-based experience for all levels: from those seeking an intro to boxing to the seasoned veteran pursuing a higher level of overall fitness.

A deeper dive into the finer points of the boxing basics with added time to ensure a serious sweat. More time in the ring means more time to focus on the sport of boxing: footwork, defense and mitt work.
