75 minutes | A deep dive into the finer points of the sweet science with added time to ensure a serious sweat. Expect to focus on the nitty-gritty of boxing technique: footwork, defense and mittwork/handspeed drills. A Technical Boxing PT will propel skills and stamina to new heights.

Fitness Boxing PT

60 minutes | A great way to enhance the group class experience by working 1-on-1 inside our vintage ring with an instructor. This session builds endurance and strength while improving boxing skills. A fantastic cardio-based experience for all levels: from those seeking an intro to boxing to the seasoned veteran pursuing a higher level of overall fitness.

Bring-a-Friend BOXING PT

60 minutes | Bring a friend (client, partner or frenemy!) and share the sweat in this hour long session focusing on building cardio and strength in order to improve your boxing skills. You'll both get boxing tips + tricks from a Shadowbox instructor in our vintage style ring.
