What do you love most about the craft of boxing:
Boxing challenges me mentally and physically. Losing myself in the movement, strength, and rhythm creates a euphoric, yet zen feeling that I can’t find anywhere else.
Favorite thing about Shadowbox:
I get an awesome workout in a safe space surrounded by a supportive community. It’s cheaper than therapy and healthier than wine, and I always walk away feeling better than when I walked in.
