AFTER DARK

Lights are low and the energy is up! After Dark is a 60 minute, candle lit class — more time means extra rounds and extra sweat. FEATHERWEIGHT

Shadowbox Featherweight is a group fitness boxing class for kids ages 8-16. No contact, no violence--only empowerment, coordination and lots of fun. During the 45-minute class, kids will learn the proper technique for basic boxing punches to use on their own heavy bag. The class is led by a boxing-trained SBX Instructor, who guide students through various games and exercises to build body awareness, coordination and to sharpen concentration skills. BOOK NOW
