I've been a fan of the sport since my dad's famous boxing parties as a kid. I have a love and huge respect for the sport. The level of intensity that fighters go through in preparing for a fight is what really had me hooked.
I love cookies. It's my favorite post workout snack. Not the protein cookies either. The best kinds! I'm talking about Oreos, Pepperidge Farms crispy chocolate chip or their famous chess cookies. Easiest way to my heart.
My biggest accomplishment was graduating college. I was the first in my family to ever do it. I have all the bragging rights (I'm kidding). But my parents and siblings were my biggest supporters throughout my collegiate days as a student athlete. So I had no choice but to finish what I started.
What do you do to recharge?
I get a good nights rest to recharge, nothing special. 5-6 hours is all I need.
